At Resilient Business, we are committed to using our skills and expertise in technology consulting to create positive social impact. As an ethical startup consultancy, we aim to conduct business in a way that not only provides quality services to our clients, but also benefits society and the environment.

Our social impact philosophy is centred around three key pillars:

Pro-bono services for nonprofits and social enterprises

A core part of our business model is providing pro-bono technology consulting to nonprofit organizations and social enterprises that align with our values and have limited resources. We aim to donate at least 10% of our total consulting hours per year to such pro-bono clients. This enables us to leverage our skills in IT strategy, systems implementation, and process optimisation to further the social missions of causes we care about.

Environmentally sustainable operations

We strive to minimise the environmental impact of our own business operations. We closely monitor and aim to reduce energy usage, waste production, and carbon emissions from travel and other activities. We also prioritize reuse and recycling, use renewable energy where possible, and work with vendors and partners who share our commitment to sustainability.

Ethical treatment of stakeholders

The wellbeing, diversity, and ethical treatment of our stakeholders is paramount at Resilient Business. We aim to provide flexible working arrangements, family-friendly policies, equitable pay and opportunities for all, and a positive work culture where physical and mental health are supported. We also avoid excessively long work hours and make sure team members can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
